TOGETHER SUPPORT GROUP - Meets the first Tuesday of every month @ the 4400 Class Room on the 4th floor of Barnes-Jewish Hospital.

1. Caregivers and family members are welcome.
2. Physicians will answer questions the first 45 minutes of the group time.
3. Education Sessions on Clinical Trials, Chinese Medicine, Naturalist, Yoga, Pain Management, Music, etc.
4. Advocacy group forming to help create awareness and also fund raisers for the benefit of the support group.
5. Approximately 97% attendees have Ovarian Cancer
6. Information and Literature is available
7. In the process of preparing a "New Diagnosis Packet with informational tools for the first few months.
8. Hot Line - Survivors of Ovarian, Uterine, Cervical,& Endometrial cancers.  Email Christina Carr and she will  forward your call or message to someone with a similar diagnosis for support.
9. Well Life Weekend Retreat - Annually (Preferably in the Fall)
10. November - Survivor's Celebration:  Oncology Nurses have garage sales, fund raisers and treat the survivors to a fabulous dinner in Queeny Tower of Barnes-Jewish Hospital. Gyn-Oncologist Physicians, Oncologist Nurses and supporters are present at the dinner.
11. Have a cookbook with over 700 recipes and helpful hints while on chemotherapy. Cost is $20/cookbook and the proceeds go to the TOGETHER group activities.
